Returns, Refunds and Remedies
Tradie Essentials is committed to delivering products that meet the specifications stated on our website and the approved artwork proof.
As our products are custom printed to each customer’s individual order and artwork, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or errors in customer-supplied artwork once approved.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our internal policies.
If a product does not meet our stated specifications or the approved proof, please contact us immediately at info@tradieessentials.com.au with photographs and a description of the issue. We will make every effort to reach a fast and fair resolution.
Our warranty process is as follows:
Notification within 24 hours of receipt:
- We will arrange and pay for return of the goods to us for repair and return at no cost to you; or
- We will replace the goods at no cost to you. Where return is required, we will arrange and cover the cost.
Notification between 24 hours and 7 days of receipt:
- You are required to return the goods to us at your cost. We will then repair or replace the goods and return them to you at no charge.
These warranty provisions are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
